Friends of Chabad Lubavitch Institutions in Greater Manchester, Inc.
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
We value the generosity of our supporters and are committed to transparency and integrity in all our fundraising efforts. The following outlines our policies regarding refunds, disputes, and cancellations.
1. Donation Refund Policy
If you have made a contribution in error or have changed your mind, we are happy to process a refund upon request, provided that:
The refund request is made within 15 days of the original donation date
The request is submitted by the original donor, along with proof of donation (e.g., receipt or transaction reference)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of the approved request.
Please note: Refunds cannot be granted for donations already used for designated purposes or if tax receipts have been issued and used for tax deduction purposes.
2. Recurring Donation Cancellation
If you are enrolled in a recurring monthly donation plan, you may cancel or modify your donation at any time.
To ensure cancellation before the next charge, please submit your request at least 15 days before the next billing cycle

3. Gift Card Policy
Gift cards issued through any of our donor campaigns or promotions are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Disputes or Errors
If you believe there has been an error with your donation or billing, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation promptly and resolve the matter in good faith.
